Learning Programs

Webinars

Online programs focused on the specific informal skills that determine how far technical professionals advance.

The webinar programs at Xucavi are designed around a specific premise: that informal leadership skills can be taught with the same precision as technical skills, provided the instruction is specific enough. Each program addresses one area in depth rather than covering many areas superficially.

Sessions are conducted online and are structured as interactive learning experiences, not lectures. Participants work through real scenarios, discuss specific situations from their professional lives, and leave with frameworks they can apply immediately.

The Anatomy of Influence

Most professionals think of influence as something you either have or you do not. This program dismantles that assumption. Influence is a set of behaviors, each with identifiable mechanisms, that can be learned and applied deliberately.

The program covers how people actually form opinions and make decisions in professional contexts, why some requests get prioritized and others get ignored, and the specific framing and timing patterns that make a meaningful difference.

Stakeholder Alignment

Getting people to agree is not the same as getting people aligned. This program focuses on the difference, and on the work that happens before formal decision-making begins.

Participants learn how to map stakeholder interests accurately, identify where genuine conflicts exist versus where apparent conflicts are actually misunderstandings, and build the informal consensus that makes formal decisions move faster. The program pays particular attention to how to handle stakeholders who are resistant for reasons they will not state directly.

Presence Under Pressure

Executive presence is not about projecting confidence. It is about communicating in ways that give other people confidence in your thinking. This distinction matters because it shifts the focus from how you feel to what you do.

This program addresses the specific behaviors that create presence in high-stakes situations: how you structure your thinking when time is limited, how you respond to challenges without becoming defensive, how you communicate uncertainty in ways that build rather than erode trust.

Seminar on navigating organizational dynamics and informal power structures

Reading the Room

Organizational dynamics are rarely what the org chart suggests. Decisions are shaped by relationships, history, and informal power that operates beneath formal structures. This program develops the ability to read those dynamics accurately.

Participants work through methods for mapping informal influence networks, understanding why certain ideas gain traction and others do not, and positioning their own work within the organizational context in ways that improve its reception. This is not about manipulation. It is about understanding the actual environment you are operating in.
